KATLA

KATLA is a yearly comic zine created by me and Mattias Wallenius. Each issue is risoprinted (by me) and has a unique theme. 11-12 artists create a comic based on their own interpretations of the topic.

KATLA is a place where artists are welcome to experiment and have fun, but also a place where the visual storytelling is as important as the written word.

The first Issue had it’s release summer 2021 and the latest issue this summer 2022 at NOMAD in Stockholm. The magazine can be found at Konst-ig bokhandel and Rönells Antikvariat (Stockholm).
